Must go

Very good view of the lake both day and night. Easy to local with goggle map. Friendly and helpful staffs. Very good place for dinner. Better to have a car. The shutter service is infrequent. Perfect place to stay for people go with their own car

The best hotel I ever stayed!

We have three people in this family trip to Itlay. We visited many cities and different kind of hotels in this 15 days travel. II Perlo Panorama is the best we three voted! The host was so considerate and she shows us the best of Il Perlo Panorama. The view from the garden is just amazing and breathtaking, especially when you have breakfast there. The breakfast is also great. We enjoyed a lot. The stuffs there are also so friendly, always holding friendly smile. Who will be not happy to live in such a lovely and beautiful heavenly place? To arrive the hotel, you should try best to arrive Como train station early so that you could take C30 ( a local bus) for around an hour, to the final station, and then take a taxi uphill. Trust me, this distance and time spent is definitely worthwhile. Even we don't drive a car in the trip, even if my parents are 60+, we all think the distance from the crowded town is worthwhile. We could not wait to return to there again someday!

Overall, I rate an excellent. The only drawback was the room was a bit dated. And stairs to climb with luggage. The Staff was friendly and cordial. There is shuttle service to Bellagio. Nice restaurant menu options and a very good breakfast in the mornings.

I stayed at Il Perlo Panorama in Lake Como for 2 nights, and it was a disappointing experience. The air conditioning didn’t work, making the room unbearably hot and hard to sleep in. I was also charged €100 for a late checkout, which felt excessive. I had mistakenly thought checkout was at 12 PM, and when I asked to extend it to 12:30 PM, they said no — fair enough. But €100 for being an hour late when check-in isn’t until 3 PM seems unreasonable. The location is very inconvenient — far from the main part of Bellagio and up a steep hill. The last shuttle leaves at 9:40 PM, and taxis are nearly impossible to find after that. While one staff member was helpful, another was rude during checkout. I also noticed cockroaches in the hotel, possibly due to renovations. Overall, the view isn’t worth the inconvenience, lack of comfort, and poor service.

Excellent hébergement avec vue panoramique magnifique sur le lac de Côme. Le personnel est très agréable. Le restaurant très bon et pratique car l hôtel est un peu excentré, mais il y a une navette gratuite à horaire régulier proposé par l hôtel. La chambre familiale était très spacieuse, rénovée, très propre. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement de qualité!

Das Hotel ist sehr gut. Wir hatten ein Superior-Zimmer, was uns gut gefallen hat. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse des Hotels ist atemberaubend und unschlagbar. Ebenso Top ist der Transferservice von und nach Belaggio. Schlafen bei offenen Fenster war für uns ein weiteres Highlight. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert.

This property is well taken care of and has an amazing view. We had originally had booked three family suites but their set up had changed since we booked. They gave us 4 rooms that had just been finished. They were amazing with panoramic views!

Awesome view! Great room and excellent breakfast. However no service at front desk. We had to wait 45 minutes for doing the check out because the staff person was gone (she is also the driver for shuttles to go in town). There are no elevator. Other than that everything was perfect. Just for the view it worths it! We will come back!

Lovely rwo night stay at this hotel just outside Bellagio. Our room was very clean and had a fabulous balcony overlooking Lake Como. Breakfast was very good and dinner nice too. Staff was very friendly. Handy shuttle service to an from town.

The hotel is in a stunning location with magnificent views. We stayed in newly renovated suites with amazing views of the lake and mountains. Upon arrival, a complimentary drink was offered. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to the lakefront, which is a great way to visit the old town without using a car. Departure and return times need to be arranged at the reception. (This is a convenient option for visiting the old town without a car and getting around easily.) A dream getaway in this charming boutique hotel.

This is an amazing place!!! I could not be happier. The room had a beautiful lake view, new upgrades and comfortable bed plus many amenities. The staff, so kind! The views are off the charts beautiful - just breathtaking views. We were going to have dinner in town, but decided to stay at hotel as the menu looked nice and there could not be nicer views. The food was amazing good, service was top notch, - i recommend highly.

Das Hotel liegt etwa außerhalb - die Aussicht ist toll! Das Hotel bietet einen Shuttleservice in die Stadt - es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze - das Restaurant bietet ausgezeichnete Speisen an und eine tolle Weinkarte. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig ausgestattet.

The staff was amazing. Everyone was so polite and courteous. They really went out of their way to assist you with everything you needed. Transportation was a plus. The food was pretty good as well. The highlight was definitely the amazing views. I will definitely return to this hotel.
