This property is very nice, cozy and tucked away all while being close to everything. Dining, shopping, lakes, it’s great. It’s on the smaller side, but has what you need. My family likes to all be together watching tv which was a little difficult with the futon sofa. I liked it because it forced us to stay out in nature longer, and by the time we came home it was bed time anyway. This is a nice affordable place to stay right by the lake.

Great location, cute property, and had everything we needed. The wifi didn't work the entire trip due to an outage so that was a bummer but everything else was great. Lots of thoughtful touches everywhere including premade ice, cooking utensils, all dishware, toiletries, hairties/bobbypins, beach towels, etc. Definitely would stay here again! GPS does tell you to go around the back and up the hill, so look for the yellow duck so you don't miss the driveway!

Convenient area

Property was as described although smaller than i expected. Everything was clean and all needed amenities were there. Even had some shower items (shampoo, body wash) available for use if needed. We brought our boat and there was enough parking for it and our car, just had to figure out the logistics of the curved driveway. Nice large deck and even a fire pit outisde. Check in was easy and host communicated instructions well.

Nicely Updated Inside

Place is quite small, but met our needs as a family of four with two adult children for a short stay as a place to crash at night We are a tall family, and since all three bedrooms were very small the beds were also surprisingly small. BUT place was nicely updated throughout, bathroom was a good size, and thoughtful items were left for use in the kitchen and bathroom.

Driveway not good in the winter

We drive a new 4 wheel drive vehicle. We stayed in February over president’s day weekend. We paid 580 for 2 nights here to go skiing. When we arrived on Friday, we were able to get halfway up the driveway which was plowed. Unfortunately the plow never came to clear the snow or salt on Saturday, and it snowed the whole day. Saturday evening we could not get up the driveway, it was full of snow with ice underneath. We had to park at the bottom of the driveway and walk up and down the ice to get in and then to leave with all of our things on Sunday morning. Thankfully no one got hurt. We requested that they come and salt overnight, but nothing was done

Ski trip with friends

Took a short trip up north to go skiing. The place was perfect for the 4 of us. Clean, easy to find, and close to town. If we go skiing here again, we’ll re-book the same place. Thanks!

Small private cottage near downtown Bellaire

Property manager was great to communicate with about everything. We love how close this was to downtown Bellaire. If not staying in the summer, water did not get hot in shower. Just as described/pictured and more than met our needs. Pet friendly which helped us so we hope future renters our respectful of the property rules.

The house is perfectly located to walk to get a good meal and drink at Shorts Brewing Company and ice cream at Ruthie's in downtown Bellaire. Fourth of July weekend in Bellaire

Very cute place. House was very clean. Eveything they said that was provided was there, But no washcloths. And the patio set very nice, but very dirty, didn't look like it was cleaned this year yet.
