“Place was very clean. Air conditioner had a bad thermostat that cycled off and on all 4 days and filter said it need cleaning”

“Overall our stay was fine.. however it doesn't say in the listing that this is a guest house, nor does it say that th courtyard is shared by 4 properties. The sitting pool wasn't available for use either. The overall cleanliness of the house could use some work.. it was surface clean but there was a thick layer of dust on all the windows, the fan and the AC units were caked on it. Could be why the AC was so incredibly loud in the bedroom that we had to buy ear plugs. We did kill one huge……

“A cozy yet reasonably spacious and well appointed home. Very attentive and considerate hosts. We most certainly would stay there again.”

“Stayed near by French quarter so the prices for uber were not that much. House was very clean and organize and very spacious. Had a little problem with the code to enter the house but with the help of the owner we got that fixed right away! Wonderful Time!”

“This house is beautiful inside. Very comfortable king size beds. Lots of space. The neighborhood looks like it might be rough but it is not actually. It was a very quiet and peaceful place. Some small areas for improvement though. There were four of us and three dining room chairs. There is one small sofa in the living room, not enough for all of us to sit. More seating in the front room would be great. The bathrooms were nice, except the hall bath toilet wobbles when you sit. Overall, I can……

“Great house”

“Really enjoyed our stay in this bywater beauty. We had our moms with us and the separate sleeping area upstairs made it easy to come in late and also sleep late while the moms enjoyed their morning coffees on the patio. Parking was easy and so were ubers. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others. ”

The bathrooms were a standout, especially the spacious shower, and the new appliances made everything so convenient. Each room had its own TV, which was a great bonus for relaxing after a long day.
