Hotel design & rooms, spa & wellness facilities are very good. But low value for money, property tries to be super exclusive based on the prices but does not deliver accordingly, especially in the service area. Service personal is partly rude, talking to themself rather than the customer they are serving. They are serving you only ones in the restaurant and they are not really attentive afterwards, eg refilling of water/wine, asking for dessert etc. The dinner reservation seem to be not possible at the time the guest request it and it’s not ensured to get even a table every evening in a restaurant. Can happen, but also then no compensation or free room service is Bering offered. Short the guest are not beeing treated as prio 1.
