"Our family had an amazing trip to Coconut Bay. There were no issues accommodating our party of 8 in the restaurants and there was plenty of space at the pool for us to all stay other. Transfer to and from the airport was seamless. The staff was so friendly with my two little nephews and really enhanced ..."

"The viceroy sugar beach exceeded our expectations. The staff is formerly and goes above and beyond to help. Our room was clean and beautiful. The property is easy to get spring and breathtaking. Pictures do not do this property justice. I cannot wait to stay here again!"

"First of all .. what a BEAUTIFUL place! I highly recommend the JOY boat tour.. you’ll find him on the beach under the almond tree. The staff were so nice. Customer service was on point. This was our first time going to an all inclusive and it did not disappoint. We had an issue ordering room service ..."
