“We came to lake city for a family boating vacation. This house is in a great location. It is walking distance to downtown lake city and the Marina. The house is very roomy on the inside. The finished garage is a great gathering place. The deck is very secluded for hanging out. The bedrooms are all very spacious with great sleeping arrangements. The kitchen is one of the most stocked with items that I have seen at a vrbo, Thank you for letting us stay at your house.”

“This was our first time renting this beautiful little house and have already rented for next year. It’s real close to a bigger house we rent but the family has grown and we needed extra room. Worked out so well for parents with little ones. Great communication and so friendly, thanks for a great vacation.”

“Beautiful property, easy access to the small town of Lake City. Everything in the house was super clean and beautiful. We didn't do any cooking but it looked pretty well stocked. We happened to be there during a hot period, so the screened in porch and table there were much too hot to use, but the AC in the house worked great! Really nice property that we would rent again.”

“Very clean, well stocked property. Check in and check out was easy. Hot tub was an added bonus however it was too hot outside to spend much time in it unfortunately. We were there for my nieces wedding at the winery so it was really close to the venue. I would recommend this place to others. ”

“Our son got married at the SkyRoom venue. The wedding party stayed at the Welch House. It was so convenient for us to stay at this property with other family attending the wedding. We saved a baby bird that fell into your egress window well. Neighbors were helpful with the rescue mission!”

Beau was very responsive and accommodating - if we needed something he could provide it for us within minutes. The view was beautiful and we were in walking distance from all of the activities we did. Would definitely go back & will be recommending to others!”
