“This apartment is very convenient to downtown. The bed we used was so comfortable. It was a rainy evening, so we stayed in and watched free movies and used the microwave. The kitchen is very nice, and it would be easy to prepare a meal there. There is a lot of space for several people. I thought the listing said two bathrooms, but there was only one. It was very large, and the shower worked well. Teh property manager was right next door and was very responsive. I definitely would recommend……

“The property was very clean and it was a quiet community. It was perfect for our needs for the weekend.”

“Beautiful apartment, clean, new, and location, location, location! This home is located in the woods and is a birders dream! Private and peaceful. You don’t even need to leave the property to see more rare birds because this place is in their habitat and the rare birds are on this property all around you. On the property in the owners woods (which has many trails) I saw common yellowthroats, American redstarts, orioles, warblers, the best was a cerulean warbler) vireos, towhees, indigo……

“This apartment is in a great location, walkable to downtown and the university. But the toilet was not working well (did not fully flush and had a lengthy noisy refill process) and one baseboard radiator was not working leaving the front room a little chilly.”

“This cabin is located in a very quiet, peaceful area, which is fantastic for decompressing and relaxing. Keep in mind that it is a bit of a drive if you're looking for restaurants or shopping. Cell service is poor, as to be expected in the mountains, but there is wifi in the cabin with a strong signal. The cabin itself is very clean amd comfortable. You're renting the bottom level, while the host lives in the top level via a separate entrance. He is very kind and we didn't even notice him there……

The apartment has TONS of room - two bedrooms, a large living room and kitchen, plus a bonus coffee nook with separate sitting area. The kitchen was well equipped with cookware and utensils to cook for a family. Parking was incredibly convenient, right by the door to go up the stairs to the apartment. You are in the basement of someone’s house you can hear them at time talking but we had our own private entrance actually never saw the owners . Pictures are as shown no large fridge only a dorm size fridge made it tough to prepare for tailgating foods . We only used the place as somewhere to sleep. Owner was very quick with a response. I wish they had a mirror in the one bedroom since we were sharing a……
