"Unimpressed by a hotel listed as five stars. We were struggling to bring in our luggages and the doorman didn’t bother to help hold the door open. Noticed the same with other guests upon check out. Either implement and automatic door system or have the doorman do his job."

"Our room and the in Hotel restaurant were great. The vouchers for breakfast were a great value. Parking was tough. The area around the hotel doesn't have any restaurants. It is focused on the airport and the convention center. It is in an excellent location to support that"
