“Not gonna lie… I was a little sketched out when we got off the exit and it was the only thing in sight lol and I think there was only one other room occupied while we were there. but the room was huge, clean, and the staff were nice. They also had the best tv channels out of any of the motels we’ve stayed at on this trip. Coming from a house that doesn’t have cable, we all really enjoyed that. And the mini fridge freezer actually froze my ice packs, which was great. I couldn’t get the heater to……

“The lake was beautiful,the house was spotless and just as shown in the pictures. The host was very accommodating and the snack assortment that was there for us was the perfect touch. We look forward to going back and I will recommend the Blue Heron to everyone I know.”

“Relaxing stay rained every day we were there, but with the screened in porch we got to watch the wildlife. Watched an eagle catch a fish, cranes fly and land nearby, geese fly and swim by. Enjoyed the fishing when it wasn't raining, caught fish every day we were there. We plan to rent again this fall. The owner was very friendly and responded quickly to questions, check in was very easy. Loved our stay.”
