Cheerful 4 Bedroom House
Nice 4 bedroom House, sleeps 8 tor 10. Two bath full and 3/4 bath. Wifi, nice sun porch and deck, onsite parking. Cafe onsite for your convenience. Home away from home. Kitchen stocked with everything you need to prepare meals at home.
Video door Bell as well as Parking lot cameras are on property.
Additional House Rules
As the need for service animals has increased. We full comply with the ADA rules concerning service animals.
Please answer the following questions legally allowed by the ADA regarding your service animal.
1. Is the service animal required because of a disability?
2. What work or task has the service animal been trained to perform?
We do not charge extra for a service animal, nor do we increase the security deposit if one was required. Guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or the service animal.
Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal or other effective controls. The animal must be under control by the handler at all times therefore never left alone at any time.
If we discover a guest has misrepresented a pet as a service animal, we reserve the right to seek financial restitution, report fraudulent claims to government authorities and to evict the guest(s) without further notice.
In the latter case, there will be no right to a refund for unused rent.
Guests who 's renting must submit identification prior to check. All guest names must be listed through the app prior to check in. On stays longer than 14 days. Bi-weekly cleaning/ and or inspections will be required at the expense of the guest. Clean is available for $20 hour. We strive for cleanliness at all of our properties to avoid ants and other bugs.
Guests are expected to treat the property with respect such as no throwing objects inside the property. Keeping windows and doors shut and locked at all times when not in use.
Guest are expected to smoke in the designated smoking areas.
Guest will be charged for any items missing from the unit. Which includes towels, linen, supplies, fans, etc. as well as any damages.
For companies renting unit you must go over all house rules with staff and must have a designated person in charge of the house. Anyone violated the house rules may cause that person or the entire group to be removed from the property.
No pets are allowed inside or outside of the property.
There will be a $500 pet fee for any undisclosed pet.
