“Lovely hotel. The rooms were very clean and updated. Comfortable bed and pillows. Very nice breakfast in the morning - eggs, sausage, biscuits, toast, pancakes, etc. Would definitely recommend!”

“Always friendly staff upon arrival and throughout the stay. Only complaint I would have is the bed, for some reason this particular one was not comfortable. Have stayed several times and never had an issue. I did not bring it up so that’s on me. But overall will stay here again. ”

“The area had had heavy snowfall. The parking lots were partially cleared of snow, but there were several parking spaces still filled with snow. And the areas that were cleared of snow are very icy due to lack of deicing techniques. ”

“我在网上订的是一个房间两张床，他们竟然给的是一张床的房间，跟前台交涉他们竟然把责任推给网站，好说歹说搞了半天，才给我们换了一个房间，另外一个加钱给他们都不给换，要不是外面下着大雨，我们早就换另外一家了，进了房间地毯颜色看过去又脏又旧，床上的毯子都结成一粒粒的球，房间的空调又老又旧，声音又大。床垫的弹簧都往中间部位塌陷，建议你们出来旅游，不要花了钱还要受这闲气”
