The stated nightly fee notwithstanding, I'm looking for an occupant that will take the bedroom for the FOUR MONTHS ending 4/15/2025 for $1,150 / month. Utilities are included, but the occupant will be responsible for additional electrical expense if the occupant charges an electric vehicle. The house is exceptionally dog friendly. Dog owners should be aware that cougars have taken out several dogs over the past 4 years in the area that starts 3 miles to the north .
