“Clean, small little house. They should have mentioned in the listing about the ridiculously steep stairs to the upstairs / attic bedroom. They are not really safe for anyone that is remotely unsteady on their feet. No curb appeal, the lawn was overgrown and trash can was still at the curb. ”

“The property was very nice and the host was very nice and helpful. Only minor setback was availability of plug ins in the bedroom. Needed an extension cord or power strip out to be usable. House was extremely clean and had all we needed. I highly recommend the property if you are needing a place to stay in Peoria heights. ”

“We enjoyed the proximity to the coffee shops, the local shopping and restaurants! The place was very neat and tidy, although small it is very nicely decorated. I would recommend this house to others. The only thing I would say needed to be improved upon is the sheer curtain over the front door didn’t provide much privacy so we put a sheet over it”

“We rented this property for a two night stay to attend a funeral with myself (pastor), my wife, and two other members of our church. It met all our needs in this regard. We were only at the property for a total of 18 hours (8 hours one evening and 10 hours the following). I did not receive any communication in response to my questions prior our stay.
