Thankful the owner had additional instructions in the agreement that I had no way to sign but generously agreed to a statement I made via online chat. The downstairs are next to hot tub was chilly while upstairs loft was very warm. The TV was a challenge to navigate with most of channels unavailable and additional TV downstairs only had power and……
