We were assigned 2 rooms that had not been cleaned before we were finally assigned a third that was ready. Drapes were torn and broken. Refrigerator was loud- we finally unplugged it. The whole place looked old and not cared for- tape on the doors' foot kicks in the hallway.

I had to hook up the tv, set up tv connection, and adjust power cord for microwave. It was extremely noisy all night long and the breakfast was disappointing. Check in staff was unfriendly but check out staff was nice.

While there ARE amenities around the property and good ones! The motel itself is poor at best! The floors in the room were dirty! When I called to have someone come check the TV not working she stated, “if you have everything plugged in, all I can do is move you to another room.” The sheets were clean and towels as well. Moving to another room wasn’t going to be an easy task. Someone not coming to check it was poor! Then the next morning housekeeping opened the door 4 times and checkout isn’t until 12pm. The pool was closed for repair. As was the workout center. I will agree one being closed, but not both at the same time! So, if you’re in hospitality, give hospitality!

Very dirty! Comforter has stains on it… mold, falling apart and overall gross! They put me beside a laundry room that made vibrating noise all night long. I came in very late with a child who went to sleep right away… she woke up at 5am asking what that loud noise was! She said the place was a 1 star! At least she got sleep! When I complained because I couldn’t sleep they offered to move me but by then my child was sleep and I was alone with a ton of suitcases! No one to help! Only thing good was was oatmeal and bananas with breakfast

Getting the TV to work was weird. Several sockets would not hold our chargers, curtains were wonky, rack above toilet was about to fall out of the wall. Other than those things - and they didn't really bug me. It was a comfortable room with a Jacuzzi tub that the staff upgraded us to without charge because their hot tub wasn't working. Great location too.

Property was very run down, paint chipping off of all walls and doors, sinks that had obvious damage, and the unit we first were assigned to hadn’t been cleaned.

Room was great. Great price. We did switch because we were next to the sprinkler valve room which made a loud noise every ten minutes. They switched us no problem. The breakfast was not good. They ran out of forks. The waffle machine for some reason did not cook the waffles. I did a second waffle and left it in for five minutes and it was very cooked on the outside but still pretty raw in the middle. They ran out of coffee and when they brewed it again, they walked away and didn’t bother to come back. My spouse had to figure out how to assemble the carafe and put it back in its holder. The staff are very close by but didn’t seem to care to check on the breakfast area even though they were not busy. The very back counters where the corners are were filthy. They don’t seem to clean the very back of the counters - too hard to reach? Eggs were ok and sausages were very dry. We will go earlier next time to get fresh food. We went at 9am. The pool area was closed which was very disappointing.
