“The cabin is extremely private. With tree cover no Nahbor houses can be seen . It feels like you are on the wild frontier but just minutes from town . The landscape is nicely kept . The pond has plenty of blue gill and bass to watch swim. Canadian geese and ducks land in it with the sun rise . The deck faces east and sun rise is a major bonus to property. Martin nests nearby make mosquito population almost non existent. Rabbits , humming birds and wild life all share the joy of the property……

“First of all I just want to say that this place is spotless! It was the first thing I said upon entering and a quick walk through. It is definitely a secluded location, yet close to many activities. We only had a 2 day stay, but it was just what we needed. ”

“Jim and Laurie were wonderful and the amount of love and care they take to ensure your stay is perfect was evident. The rooms were spacious and serene, the whirpool tub was a plus for relaxing, and everything you could need is available. The breakfast was wonderful and the animals added to the entire experience. Elvis was a bit of a show off, Roodie loved chin rubs, and Humphrey was an absolute mush! Our only regret was we couldn't stay longer. We will definitely be back, hopefully soon!”

“Laura and Darrell are amazing hosts! Their cabin is beautiful. They have included so many special touches and amenities in their cabin that you will NEVER find anywhere else. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and they had a neon birthday sign. A yummy birthday cake, a birthday card, bottle of wine and meat and cheese platter. The cabin has everything you could possibly want and then some! Hot tub, robes, binoculars, battery candles, lit walkways and bridge. Babbling brook, screened in……

“Cabin was very open and spacious, and such a pretty setting with the woods, pond, and wrap-around porch. Very clean and well furnished!”

There was plenty of room where everyone could have their own space and bathrooms. The house is gorgeous! Great hot tub, grill, pizza oven, ping pong, and other games. We had a fantastic time!”

“We live on a farm so our trip was about just getting away. Off the beaten path. We stayed in the cabin room and never left. Good married time. Kitchen was nice, items provided very nice. Only negative was the bed. Awful. Like sleeping in a hammock. It just needs replaced.”

“Drove to Ohio for my niece’s college graduation. The house was more spacious than I expected. 7 adults and we did not feel like we were on top of each other. House was great, rained out while stay so we didn’t get to enjoy the deck but it was a beautiful place.”
