Ocean view vacation house

This is a beautiful, well designed 2 family ocean front home in Belmar NJ. Available for rent is the 1st floor unit while the 2nd floor is currently occupied by owner. Conveniently located a few blocks from Avon, Spring Lake and Belmar train station. With a serene ocean view and newly renovated interior, the 1st floor unit has 3BR , 2 full BA, fully equipped Kitchen, dinette & spacious FR overlooking the beach. washer/ dryer and access to shared backyard and 2 parking spots (2 nights minimum)

We had an amazing family vacation down the shore! Mike was a great host and his place was absolutely perfect! Just a few steps from the beach, we were surf fishing every morning, walking the boardwalk, rollerblading along Ocean Ave and a short walk to fishing next to the pier! We will certainly be back again!!

Overall a terrific experience. When we first arrived we had to clean in the refridgerator a bit but the owner explained why . Other than that we had a wonderful time . AC kept the house nice and cool. Everything else was clean and comfy. Would go back in a heartbeat!!

Perfect for family vacation

Very clean, great location/access to beach and activities. Host provided beach passes and some extra beach chairs. Would definitely book this location again!
