“The house was in a great location, but the property was in pretty poor condition. The beds were terrible, which we think was a combination of mattress and bed frame. One bed was very badly broken and one side was so much lower than the other. There were broken kitchen drawers and cabinets, broken drawers in the refrigerator, chairs had springs falling out of them. There were no essentials such as hand towels, toilet paper, and paper towels. There were decent pillows and blankets and sheets. The……
