“Loved our stay so much we booked again while we were still there!!!”

“Pro’s; home was very clean and ready upon arrival. All appliances inside and out were in working order, convenient and easy to use. Furniture and bedding was clean, comfortable and well organized. Home was well appointed with ample furniture and amenities. Very comfortable. Cons; outdoor pool area had quite a few weeds growing around the perimeter of the yard. Two of the three upstairs bedrooms did not have a dresser to store clothes in drawers. Water pressure in the upstairs bathroom sink……

“You literally walk out the front door take a left and you are at the boardwalk steps. And in one minute you’re out on the beach.It is a very clean very nice place. However, we stayed during off-season. I can see where this would be a loud area to stay, especially with little children during high season due to the fact it is located next to one of the main parking areas for the boardwalk. “Overall my group had a great time, Rob is a very kind, reasonable, and responsive host, and the house came largely without any issues. The photos in this listing are probably the most effective use of wide-lens photography I've ever seen, and they make every space in this house look much larger than it actually is. “Daniel's cottage is spacious (certainly for one person), clean, and well located, just a short walk into town or to the beach. The check-in instructions were easy to follow and everything went smoothly. Beach badges a major plus! Would definitely stay there again.”
