“Property is relatively new and immaculately maintained. It’s also located on a quieter street a few blocks away from the Smith Street thoroughfare where there are two major supermarkets and countless other bars, restaurants and cafes. ”

“The staff absolutely make this place, its a brilliant locations with markets and shopping, breweries and tours etc. all at your doorstep, the hotel is lovely, but honestly the staff make this place what it is, they are collectively some of the loveliest people we have ever encountered, knowledgeable, happy and go out of their way to help.”

“Nice location. Fine restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. The staffs are very helpful. Wifi is unstable. House keeping is not god enough. The floor is always not clean. There is only one washing machine. Sometimes we have to wait for more than one hour to use it.”

“The townhouse was spacious and clean, well positioned for our needs (lots of driving to various stadiums for basketball). The host, Wayne, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Plenty of amenities to make our 4 night stay very comfortable (the children loved the hot chocolate and tv channels!). Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Coat hangers and cupboards for unpacking our suitcases helped us to feel settled in. Thank you for a lovely stay! Highly recommend :)”

“Lack of staff at reception for check-in. I checked in and being asked to obtain a credit card, when I am getting in, someone come to ask to solve a problem. I have been waiting patiently for few mins but not solved yet. And I drive the car out to wander around the site for another 20 mins and return. The staff is still talking to that person to solve the problem. I don’t want to be rude but I spent more than enough time in waiting for someone to cut me out and finish the check in finally at 8pm.……
