“The views from this home are stunning. We were in town for a week visiting our daughter who attends Radford University. The house is just about 30 minutes drive from the college as they are windy mountain roads but so worth the drive! The sunsets were amazing on the lake and it was relaxing and peaceful. The house is comfortably furnished, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed with pots/ pans and dishes. It was a wonderful week!”

“Loved our stay! If you’re looking to escape the craziness of life and enjoy the calmness of nature, this is the place to do it! It rained quite a bit during our stay but that didn’t take away from our experience one bit! Listening to the rain from inside the yurt was quite peaceful. The yurt was exceptionally clean and Jessica has everything you’d possibly need available within the yurt. Our only complaint was the firmness of the mattress. “We had a great stay at this property in Draper during our family spring break trip, which also included a tour of Virginia Tech. The location was perfect—less than an hour drive to campus. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It was a great base for both exploring the area and spending quality time together as a family. And the dogs absolutely loved the yard! Overall, a very positive experience—we’d definitely stay here again!”

“This property had everything we were looking for - lots of room for sitting, relaxing and catching up with friends. It is a perfect location to VT, the VT Inn, and Blacksburg downtown. Our visit was during February - so a bit chilly, but in warmer weather the outside patio area would be really nice. We plan to request this property again for our next visit to Blacksburg, Va.”

“The location was quiet and beautiful! A quick and beautiful 10 minute ride and we were at our campus tour! We enjoyed hearing roosters, woodpeckers and a few pups barking in the early morning and seeing the cows across the field and even a few other animals. The view from the back deck was beautiful as was the view from the fire pit! The beds were comfortable, the HVAC and large screen TV made my husband happy and the kitchen and bathrooms provided everything that we possibly may need. Thank……
