“The place is lovely, as are the hosts. The space is immaculate, and nicely appointed. The hosts have stocked it with 85% of the “stuff to bring just in case” - blankets, pillows, anything cooking- and coffee-related, even a couple of bikes. It’s not on the water, but is very centrally located. You can walk to “downtown” Bemus in 7-8 minutes (or drive in one), where there are a number of excellent restaurants and shops. I would mention any negatives, but I really can’t think of any. Great place.……

“We had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly accommodating and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had—communication was excellent. The house itself was beautiful and very well stocked with everything we needed, from paper towels and toilet paper to soaps, cleaning supplies, and laundry essentials.There were more than enough towels and washcloths for everyone, which was much appreciated. The location was perfect, and we absolutely loved spending time on the front porch.……

“Our family really enjoyed this house for the 2nd year in a row! It was clean with a capital C and had a huge yard to play the many provided yard games with our kids! It was a great respite from our daily adventures. It’s so close to what Bemus Point had to offer but also just far away enough to feel secluded. Debra was always within an ear shot if we needed and they were a gracious host. Don’t tell your friends! Hah!”

“From beginning to end the stay was perfect. The location was perfect, with the house being near all of the shops and restaurants while also being quiet. The bedding being in bags on arrival was great, as it provides peace of mind that the beds are fresh. The house, especially the kitchen, was more spacious than the pictures made it look. Our family (including 3 kids under 5) will definitely stay at this house again when we inevitably return to Bemus Point. ”
