Picturesquely located in rolling countryside, cahrmingly renovated, very comfortablely furnished (esp the beds),the Settlemnet had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Apart from the house there were so many outdoor areas to relax in, verandahs on 3 sides, beautiful gardens and a fire pit area. The kitchen was well equipped and spotless and best of all stocked with freshly baked anzac biscuits,……

“Not too far from Melbourne, but it felt like a million miles away! A great cottage, surrounded by paddocks and hills. Plentiful birdlife, which you could watch from the verandah that surrounds the house, or as you go on a casual stroll across the property. A large, extremely comfy bed. House has all the necessary modcons, but it feels like home.”
