“We stayed two nights here and we realized the shower does not have hot water at night and in the morning the water is scalding hot, so none of us were able to take a good shower for three days. We tried to reach out to the staff via WhatsApp or the online chatroom but did not have any success. The hotel doesn't have any staff on site so you do need to solve all the problems on your own.”

“位置算好也不算好.. 離主要景點不遠（尤其是阿罕布拉宮，約15分鐘），房間的景色也很好。 但因為在山坡且石頭路上，所以對行李箱和老人家可能比較不友善。 下午的服務人員非常友善親切。我們的房間剛好有些燈具壞掉有點可惜。”
