“The facilities and the look of the apartment is very basic. But it is value for money, you have stove, fridge, cooking utensils and glasses/ plates. There is a supermarket nearby too. But if you don’t drive, it will be a bit inconvenient. ”

“The flat was very modern, clean with a great location. Easy to grab the tram, get groceries and walk to dinner or coffee. Great shower, full size fridge and two TVs . Felt very safe and comfy. Highly recommend.!”

“The accommodation is very spacious and well-equipped. The host was always available to help us. The price-to-quality ratio is fair. Bus and tram stops are right in front of the accommodation, which is a big advantage.Highly recommended! :)”

“Easy access to the property on the ground floor and a short walk from a tram stop. Lovely bakery (Butter Pasteleria) which was great for breakfast only a few minutes walk away. Kids park also very nearby. Kitchen was well stocked and handy to have a washing machine and some key essentials on arrival eg washing up liquid. Only downside was there were roadworks happening right outside when we were there and a strong smell of drains in the bathroom, but that did seem common when you walked around……

“Skall ni resa till Valencia för att bada och uppleva denna fantastiska stad ä läget otroligt. Vi njöt av område som är i förändring från slitet till glamoröst.
Vi slapp alla trista turister som oss själva. Vi träffade för na och härliga spanjorer i stället, härligt.
Kommunikationerna till Valencia city är lätt tillgängliga. Lägenheten är net lyxig men fungerar mycket bra. Vi trivdes och kommer att bo där igen.”

“La casa está genial, son habitaciones amplias donde cada uno tiene su aire acondicionado, así como el salón. Cocina completa y espaciosa. El jardín es agradable, la zona del porche también está muy bien.No fue mi caso pero la casa está genial para ir con niños, piscina limpia y vallada, juegos, espacios dedicados.La anfitriona estuvo pendiente de nosotros, y nos permitió salir más tarde para mayor comodidad.”

“Cassa Emma is in the farm area with orange trees, potatoes, and cabbage growing near by. However, a five minute drive and you are at the metro to take you into the heart of Valencia. Had a great time in the city, but It was always nice to come home to the quiet and tranquility of the country.”

“This place had everything we needed for a fun beach getaway while staying in Madrid most of the week. A short walk to the beach, clean, cool and comfortable! The host was a dream, super responsive and helped us anytime we reached out! If we ever go to Spain again we will stay here for sure! ”

“Valencia was our 3rd stop after Madrid and Barcelona. The unit a was apparently a converted store front a few blocks back from the beach and boardwalk. It had everything we needed including a washer/dryer combo unit. It took a while to dry clothes but worked well otherwise. The bed was very comfortable. The unit is on ground level of a somewhat busy street so there is some noise to deal with but this didn't turn out to be an issue for us. Be aware restaurants near by tend to close earlier than……

"I happened to experienced Storm Dana. After I checked out, my flight was canceled due to the storm, the road to the airport was blocked. I’d to go back to the hotel, but I was told by a lady reception the hotel was fully booked. No room was available.
I was really disappointed since all the hotel in area was fully booked.
And then a hotel guest noticed the conversation and telling me he’s cancelling his booking and going to Barcelona. And then a male reception (black curly hair) was very nice even send a staff to look for another already clean room for me for faster check in.
I’m very thankful for those who help us in need.
As the hotel room, it’s simple room but clean. "
