2 Quail is a beautifully remodeled home that has room for everyone in the family, with the added convenience of a location close to all of Sunriver's activities. The home is located just steps from SHARC and a short walk to the Sunriver Village.
Unlimited-Use SHARC passes for 12 guests are included with the rental of our home.

This 5 bedroom, 4 bath home has all of the makings of a perfect family vacation home. The home is a reverse living 2-story home with the kitchen, dining areas, living room, a king master suite, a queen bedroom and a full hall bath, all located upstairs. Downstairs there are 3 more bedrooms (3rd Bedroom: King Master Suite. 4th Bedroom: Queen Bedroom with direct access to the full hall bathroom. 5th bedroom: 2 sets of twin bunks - 4 twins total).

There are beautiful covered and uncovered decks and balconies facing to both the north and south. They are ideal for enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine while enjoying the sights and sounds of Sunriver.

The hot tub is located on a private deck with a relaxing view.
The home has a fully stocked kitchen with granite counters and gorgeous wood floors that extend to the other living areas. The living room has comfortable seating, gas fireplace, and HDTV.

There is an attached double garage for comfortable parking and unloading in the winter or summer. The garage is filled with 6 adult single speed cruiser style bikes, and a 2-child Burley bike trailer and a ping pong table.
A portable crib (no sheets) and portable high chair are in the home to simplify packing for families with small children.

This home has A/C!

Please Note: this home has parking restrictions, and only allows for 4 cars max.

Great location!

Overall great house. Well stocked, great location to SHARC and the village. Most importantly the property manager (Arrived) did an amazing job taking care of any issues we had. I have been rending houses for years via VRBO and I have never had such a responsive property manager.

This property worked well for our extended family - 4 kids and 6 adults. Plenty of space to spread out, the hot tub and ping pong table were a hit! The location was great - close to the pool complex and village.

Gorgeous Home, Excellent for multiple families

The proximity to everything was A+; our 3 year old could walk to both The Village and the SHARC and back. The property itself was well set up with an ideal area for feeding a large group and the home was in great shape minus a couple minor fixes (sliding doors and drawers required some effort to open/close) and was great for pets. Will stay again. The property itself is listed through VRBO but they have a separate property management company, making it difficult to contact the owners but once we got the right people on the phone, they were friendly, helpful, and efficient.

My birthday celebration

What a perfect property for my friends and family. We didn’t have any little ones but it would have been comfortable if we had. It’s my 60th birthday celebration and friends and family came to celebrate. This property had everything we all needed to be comfortable. We cooked, played games, hiked, biked and fished. Everything was spotless when we arrived. Neighborhood perfect location for Sharc and the Village. We will be back. Thank you for sharing your property.

Great stay for my family and friends

Wonderful home with excellent bed and bath options. Kids got bunk beds and all of the adults slept in their own rooms. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, coffee grinder, drip coffee maker, and excellent baking pans. Only item we needed to bring was a large griddle to make pancakes and bacon with. Would stay again.

Wedding Weekend

The property was perfect for our 2 families! Very spacious and a great lay out. The pocket door in the Master Bath upstairs door does not have a hinge to grab on to - so you cannot shut the bathroom door. I would suggest a little deeper dusting/ vaccumming ( not a big deal) but there were balls of dust rolling around on the floor! But overall we loved the place!! OH also need new ping pong balls. 4 were dented before we started!! :)
