Description:
This remarkable, reverse living, two-level home centrally located and just a short distance to Fort Rock Park this home is perfect for your vacation to Central Oregon. Sit out on the beautiful upper deck and enjoy the quiet natural setting. This home has all the comforts of a home away from home with a ping pong table, bikes, wood fireplace, private hot tub, BBQ, parking for 4 cars. This open concept style Living room, Kitchen, and Dining room provide a nice open concept design for your family to interact and socialize with your family.

Level 1:
Two of the four bedrooms are downstairs. The first bedroom houses a Queen sized bed with a connection to the Jack & Jill bathroom that they share with the second bedroom downstairs which houses two sets of standard Bunk beds. Also downstairs is a Hangout room with a pull out sofa for sleeping 2 more, plus a couch

Level 2:
Upstairs there are two primary bedrooms, one primary has a King-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. The second primary bedroom houses a Queen sized bed.

Kitchen: Also upstairs is the kitchen with new solid surface counters and a breakfast bar for three.

Living: The upstairs living area has a large flatscreen TV with cable. Two recliners and a couch and love seat for enjoying the wood burning fireplace. Upstairs Bedroom 1 is attached to a hall accessible bath off the living room.

Dining: Across from the kitchen is the Dining area with seating for 8.

Game Area: Just to the left around a corner is a game table/extra dining table with seating for four. Upstairs Bedroom 2 with an attached bath is off the game area.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 10 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, Disc Golf, and Winter Sledding Hill.

Fun family vacation

We loved it. The layout was different having the kitchen and living area upstairs as well as no true "guest bathroom" all bathrooms connected to bedrooms. Nonetheless the kitchen had everything we needed. The staff/manager was readily available with questions. The house was warm and comfortable, and the hot tube was great! We would love to come again.

Great property- woodsy environment accompanied by deers, squirrels and colorful birds. Enjoyable home entertainment (Ping pong, hot tub, bikes, game player, individual bedroom TVs) completed our family lifestyle. There was the comfort of home. One suggestion- Having fluffier pillows would make for a better sleep.

Great spot - just needs some updates

We came here for an annual friend labor day trip. There were 8 of us total, and the living spaces were perfect for all of us! Big living room, we LOVED the deck, and it was great to all have a bedroom and multiple bathrooms. The only thing I would say is that the furniture could use some updates. The couches were comfy, but a couple of them didn't have the recline lever bc it was broken. Also the beds were very springy and not very comfortable. Overall, it was a great stay and we appreciated how clean the place was and the location was awesome!

Great Thanksgiving weekend!

We usually go to the beach for Thanksgiving, decided to head the other way. First time ice skating, road bikes, went for walks, sat in the hot tub. Just a really nice time with kids and grandkids!

Great place to stay at Sunriver

We really enjoyed this property in Sunriver. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Good location with easy biking to SHARC, village and lodge. Great communication from host, very clear, helpful, and rapid responses. Highly recommend.

Mt Hood 13 is a comfortable house for up to 12 guests. We were a party of 12, 7 adults and 5 kids and there was plenty of room all around. The kiddos enjoyed the room with the bunks and enjoyed riding their bikes/scooters out front in the big loop of the culdesac of homes. Living room couches and reclining chairs are a little dated and could be replaced, possibly add another loveseat for more seating as the kiddos had to lay/sit on the floor with us to watch a movie but other than that the living room is quite cozy with the fireplace and open-ness of kitchen and dining room. In the listing they do state it’s a 2 level home but it’s not stated that the living area and kitchen are on the 2nd level. My 6 year old niece was with us and she recently broke her leg and was in a full leg cast. Luckily enough she is very independent and very resilient and climbed up and down the stairs no problem but if you have ailments, have a hard time going up/ down stairs or wheel chair bound this house might not suit you unless your okay with just being on the first floor with no kitchen access. One other thing to consider is if you bring a smaller dog with bad eyesight like our dog, the deck patio has an all around 6 inch(?) gap from decking floor to railing which we had to watch our dog closely because he could easily fit through the gap and fall off. (We have a 16 yr old papillon that weighs 11lbs.) Very nice home over all, the price is very reasonable and good location.

Nice location and comfy for our short family stay

We enjoyed our stay - great location and nice upstairs layout. Downstairs was not as comfortable for two of our family members. Furniture needs fixing and updating. Closet doors broken, but kitchen stocked nicely for what we were doing. Nice place, just needs better couches and chairs and small fixes. BBQ worked but very old and it took a long time to worm up to use.

This home worked well for our group of two families (9 people total). Layout was good to separate sleeping areas. Really enjoyed the ping pong table. Beds were ok, pillows not great. No smart TV’s for streaming. Definitely outdated compared to other homes in Sunriver, particularly kitchen and bathrooms. Though price is reflective. For a large group looking for an affordable home this is a good option. Biking paths are more hilly in this area of Sunriver, so cruiser bikes are more challenging to ride. 10 min walk to Fort Rock Park.

Ver comfortable home in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood.

We had a great time! The kids were able to play safely outside. The house was stocked well and very cozy. We built a fire and played a lot of games. The beds were comfortable. The kids loved the bunk room and the hot tub the most! We had great communication throughout the weekend with the owners. Thank you so much for a lovely weekend!

Great place for family gathering
