This particular section offers breathtaking views of the river and is an ideal location for various activities, like walking your dog, hiking with friends, or going for a run. If you're interested in exploring this section, make sure to stop by the front desk to get directions and trail maps of the area.

• Overnight parking fee: $11.19 per night (includes $10.00 parking fee + $1.19 tax). This fee is mandatory for all guests requiring parking.
• Pet allowed: 1 Dog, $40 plus tax per night
• A damage deposit of $50/night (for any damage, items missing or additional cleaning is required)
• Resort fee collected at check-in: 18% fee per room per night (Basic internet, Local calls, Unlimited & Domestic calls, 2 complimentary bottles of water, Pool facilities, Newspapers (at the front desk), Fitness center, River walking trail, Use of the grounds for recreation, High-Speed WIFI, Business Center, and photo-taking areas)
• Housekeeping: end-of-stay
• Pool and hot tub hours: 8AM -10PM
• Coin-operated laundry machines are available in the Bighorn and Sagebrush buildings
