“4 of us stayed here for a week for a fishing trip in early October. We found the cabin to in excellent condition and very clean with an adequate supply of linens and towels. Perch fishing was excellent. We caught many 14"+ each day we were there in the weed beds between the cabin and Goose Island. Walleye fishing was slow during our stay but the ones we caught were all 19"-22". The cabin is somewhat remote, it is about 20 minutes from the town and Cass Lake and 25 minutes from Walker but……

“I rated all 5’s, not because it’s 5 star hotel, but because it was a great overall stay. They are 1960’s era cabins. Owners were always available and ready to help in any way they could. Clean cabin, new frig / stove, some of the places have new windows, ours was cabin 7. a/c worked, weather was cool when we were there. Heater was a rolling floor unit, probably should have 2 in the bigger cabins. The water came in the cabin and left the way it should. Not a lot of cups or plates and can opener……

“This was a great place! The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. It was a perfect location for biking on the Heartland and Paul Bunyan trails. It was nice to relax outside on the deck, and you couldn't ask for a better sunset view! Definitely one of the best places we've stayed at!”

“The cabin is warm, inviting and cozy with all the modern conveniences. Even my kids will drink the water from either the tap or the fridge. Private setting, a few ATVs drove by, neighboring homes not visible or loud. Only mental note I’ve made is that the road immediately leading to the cabin is soft, much better suited to a truck/SUV than a sedan. We will drive a different vehicle next time.”

“Very clean and beautiful property. Can tell it has been updated. The lawn, sand shore and little dock was perfect for our 20 foot fishing boat. The newly paved driveway made this just a great property. Tucked away, quiet neighbors and our kids got a ton or crayfish and rock bass and even a northern off the dock. The sunsets were amazing. Fully stocked and just a gray place for our family of 5. ”

“The house was awesome!! Very clean and neat. The hot tub was the best!! The managers were very friendly and helpful. There was so much wild life every day!! The Loons, Ducks and Geese were Awesome to watch. We will definitely stay again.”

“Everything from check in to check out was top notch! It is such a beautiful place in great location on Leech. The host was super friendly and you can't beat having quick access to Walker and the East side of the lake. I can't wait to stay again!”
