“Amazing stay”

“Hotel is very old need renovation price not worth to pay as a five star hotel only breakfast is good”

“I had a great stay. I was most impressed with the free pick up service to and from the airport. The staff especially Lionel at the front desk was very helpful. She assisted me with other services like getting a local sim card and was always welcoming with a big smile. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. The breakfast was a bit disappointing but it was complimentary. Overall I recommend Heaven hotel.”

“The hotel needs to improve on the standards of its amenities, such as TV and wifi provision, as well as the supply of bedding.”

“The bed was good, it was Nice and Quist. They have a lot of Security, so you feel safe. You have to lock on to internet every hour. I liked the programs on the television. They have a restaurant and a balcony. ”

“Some language barrier but the hotel clerk was very friendly and went above and beyond to help me make my stay comfortable. Comfortable seating area in the lobby and decent food at the restaurant. Only feedback is implementing a “do not disturb” sign as they do regular cleanings and ring the doorbell quite frequently but overall would recommend this hotel. Walking distance to a lot of shops, grocery stores and restaurants.”

“J'ai été déçu par la quantité du service petit déjeuner. J'ai effectué une réservation pour deux personnes et petit déjeuner inclus mais malheureusement au moment de prendre mon déjeuner mon époux et moi le personnel me fait comprendre que le déjeuner est compris pour une seul personne et que la seconde personne devrait payer un montant supplémentaire. Je n'ai pas aimé car cela ne ma été signalé au moment de la réservation. ”

“The kitchen is fully furnished. The house is clean. Hot water was available. We arrived a little before noon and didn't get to really sleep in as we had to leave at midnight to take our flight. It is a nice place. We had some friends come over for the afternoon. There is a pizza place just one building away.”
