“We throughly enjoyed our stay with Amanda and Graham, such lovely hosts who couldn’t do enough for us, it felt like we were staying with Friends. The gite was beautiful, home from home with French charm, it had everything we needed. The grounds were beautiful and the pool area was lovely and clean. We visited the local market in Lezay, lots of small towns with in 15 minutes for supermarkets and boulangeries”

“We spent 8 nights at Maison L’allee at the end of August. It had everything we needed. Beautiful pool that was exceptionally well maintained. The accommodation is spacious and very well equipped. The pool benefits from the sun all day and lends itself to pleasant sunsets and stunning star gazing. Lyn and Paul are laid back, friendly and discreet. They made us and our two dogs feel welcome. “We stayed here for a couple of nights on our way further south in France.The location is so quiet and pretty and the fenced garden meant we could relax and not worry about the dog or the kids wandering too far. “We all loved our time at Nicholas’ house. There is so much to do at the house and it is surrounded by a wall which makes it very easy to be with young families. We picked the vegetables and fruit, fed the chickens and absolutely loved spending time in the river. The pool is beautiful and the house is homely and elegant with everything you need for a happy and easy stay. Nicholas was extremely communicative and kind. We would love to come back again as a group or with others - thank you so much.”
