“This was brand new cabin which was very spacious. Many extra touches…fabulous coffee bar, snacks and even toiletries (not the standard) in the bathroom. The fire pit was inviting but it was so dry we opted for the porch where we listened to the elk bugling. You are right in the main elk viewing area but on a quiet side road. We stayed for 2 nights. “We stayed in the tree house because of it's location on the Elk County Trail of Dreams. As soon as we parked we were welcomed with the sounds of a nearby stream. The kids enjoyed exploring nature and being secluded. We even learned to enjoy swaying back and forth through a brief thunderstorm. It is a legitimate tree house. With all the natural charm it's easy to forget your only 30 seconds away from the Elk Life Store. There was planting of SxS/ATV traffic going by, but that's why we were there.……
