This hotel is definitely not a 5 star hotel. Maybe 4 star at best. Don't be misled by their advertising. It has subpar amenities, zero luxury, and extremely poor service.
It was absolutely absurd how terrible and unprofessional the management is and the service is excruciatingly slow despite having 10 staff members standing around doing nothing all day.
Despite prepaying for a room months prior to my visit they claimed it wasn't available upon my arrival. Unacceptable. The management response was, tough luck, we gave your room to someone else, here's an inferior room.
In addition to the room scam they are pulling, there are:
-Flies everywhere in the dining area.
-Cleaning staff who will disturb you in your room to ask you to give them a good review.
-Management who lies to you and offers you complimentary services only to try to rip you off and make you pay for them upon checkout.
-Extremely slow service.
Expedia should not allow them to claim 5 stars on its website. This is disingenuous. If you stay at a 5 star hotel you have a baseline of standards and expectations and this place is not comparable to some of the genuine 5 star hotel offerings from brands like Lotte, Hilton, Accor.
You will be extremely disappointed in your stay here and regret wasting your money.
