“慣れている人にとってはとても安価で良い滞在先になります。私はこの値段でこの設備なら大満足です。洗濯は翌日仕上げ3キロで300円、ホットシャワー、エアコン付きでこの値段は嬉しいです。共同の冷蔵庫もあり部屋にはテレビもあります。が、湯沸かしポットやカップ、石鹸などのアメニティは皆無です。ちょっと色がくすんだタオルがあるのみです。お湯も時々止まったりします。そういうのがツライ人はお金を払ってもっと高級なホテルに泊まりましょう。”

“Liked: Friendly staff. Early check-in. Good location (local bus direct to centre and to Balapan station). English-language channels on the TV. Breakfast included (although mostly Indonesian food). Disliked: The standard room was quite small and had no kettle or fridge. There was also no "no smoking" option with the standard room.”

“The good: Lovely staff who are always willing to assist. The friendly greetings each time we walked past the reception desk made us smile. Comfortable room. The bad: Food at the restaurant not great for the price. The ugly: Room had quite a bit of wear and tear. The smell of other guests smoking nearby was really strong and unpleasant. Noisy guests kept us awake over a couple of nights.”
