“My siblings and their spouses got together to celebrate my 93 yo mothers birthday. We had a wonder time! The size of the house was perfect, everyone had a bed. The house was clean and well maintained! It was very easy to get to. Had an awesome view across the valley! Plenty of parking. We are already planning her 93th birthday get together! The owner was incredibly kind and lighthearted, graciously guiding us to the correct entrance. The downstairs unit has its own private entry and driveway, making access easy and convenient. “The property was just a couple streets off the freeway exit, so really easy to access. but not so close that there was any road noise. Overall, decent place to stay. Nothing fancy, but lots of space, clean, no hassle.”

“What an amazing home! We loved staying at this centrally located, very well appointed and CLEAN home. We had a busy few days and it was the perfect place to come back to relax and unwind. Furnishings and beds were comfortable. We didn’t have time, but this would be an amazing home to hang out at. The family room has video games and there’s a swing set in the backyard. “Came to Provo with my wife and children for a family wedding. House was right in town near Center Street. Loved having it as our home base. We left two things by accident, and the owner was very generous and took the time to mail them to us. Thank you for a great stay!”

“A few of our dance girls and moms stayed together while in Provo for a dance convention. It was close to what we needed and plenty of space for all of us. The hot tub wasn’t working right so that was a bummer but the property manager was very easy to get ahold of.”

“Apartment has a bit of strange layout but property is as described. No frills but great bang for your buck. I would have loved to see a toaster in kitchen and upgraded bedding comforters and better toilet paper and carpets cleaned or replaced but it met our family’s needs. ”

“Beautiful location. Quiet and the stars were amazing! Hot tub was really nice also. Kitchen was small so we had to do some creative timing to prepare Thanksgiving dinner for 35, not all 35 were staying in the house. Could have used some more towels in the bathrooms and for the hot tubs. Also, you really need four wheel drive in the winter. Other than that we had a nice time. ”

“We were formate to find this real gem in downtown Provo. It was right next to a grocery store, and some food restaraunt. We struggled with the lock but our hosts were quick to help in the late evening. I would highly recommend this place!”

“The bed was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and safe. The fridge and microwave were a nice addition to have and very clean. The cable option and WiFi was really nice to have as well. Overall a great hotel! Excellent room, property, and staff. I definitely recommend it!!”

"The hotel’s floor soundproofing is terrible. The thumping sounds from people walking upstairs and next door are like thunder. I was rudely awakened before 10 a.m. by a staff member knocking on the door, wanting to come in and clean the room. The funniest part is, when I arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m. to check in, I found someone in the room I was given. Fortunately, the room had a safety lock on the inside. Of course, when I went back to get a new room, the lady in that room also went to complain."
