“We only stayed one night, but wish we'd had a few more! The property and wagon were spotless, including the bathroom/shower area. We enjoyed cooking out our unit's private charcoal grill, and then socialized at the fire pit with friendly fellow guests. The property management was very responsive and helpful. Check in and out was seamless. Easy access to all the Ocoee-area recreation activities. We will be back!”

“Accomadating cabin in the woods right on the river! We enjoyed the campfire by the river. Stated it had a hot tub which it doesn't but overall had what we needed. i enjoyed the screened in porch reading and drinking coffee.”

“Ran up to the mountains with my dog and was won over by the fenced in yard honestly along with price! She sniffed her heart out every day. There are poop bags present if you forget. A bed, toys, and bowls are provided and she loved the orange ball in particular. Very clear check in and a booklet provided with more instructions and things to do. Love the addition of items to order at the restaurants. You’ll see wildlife and maybe your dog will be confused if a deer is a friend or not ”

“Had fun going back in time as a child. Made my parents and I feel like kids again. Laughed and sang camping songs like old times. Will come back again.”

“Hiwassee Acres was better than I could have expected. The property was beautiful and had such a relaxing atmosphere. Kathi and David were great hosts who could be found working around the property. The unit was clean and comfortable. We especially liked the patio with lights and the pickleball courts!”

“The place was great!! Just needed to get away for a few days and it was everything I needed fishing .games . Fire .family the owner is great answered promptly and super friendly my daughters took out the paddle boat and had a awesome time I will definitely go back”

“Loved our stay! We were here for a wedding so didn't get as much time to enjoy the facilities but we were able to take a short hike and kayak on the river. Beautiful property, very clean and comfortable room perfectly set-up and with coffee/creamer in the room for our convenience. Kathi was so helpful every time we reached out. Highly recommend!”
