The room was clean and comfortable. The elevator wasn't working, but it was Memorial Day weekend and so it may have been difficult to get a person to service it. The pool ladder was also out of commission. We've stayed here before and will stay again, but I feel that a three-star rating is fair.

One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because of the breakfast included. Breakfast was OK but nothing great. Choices were: waffles with either syrup or fruit topping, hot oatmeal, 3 types of cereal (raisin bran, cheerios, or fruit loops), biscuits and gravy on a couple of days, toast, muffins, scrambled eggs (they were either frozen or powdered), alternate link sausage and sausage patties, apple and orange juice, coffee, hard boiled eggs, yogurt. The first couple of days there was a strange odor as you entered the front door, in the hall, and into our room, but I didn't notice it so much on the 3rd day. Swimming pool was nice and our grandkids came over for a swim. The elevator was out of commission all the while we were there. We were on the first floor so it didn't affect us but I felt sorry for those on the upper floors. Kitchen staff and front desk staff were beyond delightful!! Property manager was there a couple of times to greet us. Beds were comfortable. I didn't notice noise at night, but I sleep with ear plugs. Easy access to freeways east and west (I-94). We would stay here again on another visit to Stevensville.

This is the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. Staff is very friendly and they all pitch in to keep it clean. Stayed for a week, and the bed was made, towels swapped out, and the breakfasts were well stocked every morning with a lot of variety to choose from.

The person who greeted us and checked us in was delightfully friendly. The parking lot had no available spots due to resurfacing, but she was on it and the problem was quickly solved. Our room keys didn't work, but she was on it and fixed the problem. Breakfast was good and our stay was very quiet.

We checked in on friday and everything was going great. Sunday morning we woke up, i went to get out of bed and i felt something scrape my leg and drew blood. When i looked to see what it was, i noticed they had safety pins on the box spring sheet to keep it from moving. If they are being cleaned after every visit, why are they safety pinned down? Also, that is a safety risk to not just adult but to littles. Im glad it was me that got hurt and not my almost 2 year old considering she was sliding down in that exact spot to get off the bed.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, decent linens including plenty of towels. The pool and hot tub areas were stocked with plenty of towels, hot tub was HOT, and both were in pretty good condition. Breakfast was the standard fare. The two rooms we had could use a new couch and one that’s not dingy old fabric would be ideal. We’d probably stay here again if we visit St Jo area due to good value for the price point.
