Horrible experience. Do not go to this hotel if you can avoid. Rooms & hallways dirty. Lack clean sheets & clean towels. Room not cleaned timely for check-in. Appeared family that cleans & works at hotel also lives there & young children do some cleaning work. Sold-out weekend without a Manager on duty. Extra late night busy, noisy. Rates were WAY too high for this dirty cheap hotel. Pool made the kids jump right back out chlorine was so strong & bottle of pool felt sandy. Overall - avoid the hotel & the area.

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! Dirty, no “free breakfast” as stated. Rooms are dirty. Bugs in the room. This experience was the worst for my family and I.

The main entrance and elevators are not clean. The phone was broken and with no service. The hairdryer didn’t work, some towels had stains on them. The bed and bathroom seemed clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice.

It was an okay stay. The hotel and room were decent overall but it could use some major updates. It just doesn’t appear to be well taken care of or not much care goes into making sure it looks nice for guests. The bathroom door was in super rough shape, the phone and one lamp were missing buttons and unusable. The top blanket when we got there had a large orange stain on it and I had to ask for a new one. They send you a text when you check in and say you can ask for what you need through the number but they didn’t respond when we asked for more pillows and towels.

I would not stay here again. Breakfast is a complete joke. Unless you want white, wheat or bagel, cornflakes, a waffle, or some nasty sausage links. It’s tor you. We had a roo With a pull out couch that didn’t even have a mattress. So we go ask for one and this is what they bring us. A poop/ urine states mattress, when we confronted them, they said we would get a brand new one. They literally brought us the EXACT same stained mattress, just put over pillow cover over the back so we could not see it. We literally threw it the hall and it stayed there our whole 4 days. No one even picked it up. Disgusting. Never again.

First off, payed for a suite with a pull out couch. No couch, none of the suits had couches. Had to go to Walmart and buy blow up bed. Cob webs in corners. Walpaper peeling off, base boards peeling away from wall. Didnt see any bugs thank goodness. Fridge not very cold. Bed was pretty good and pillows ok. Only 1 towel in bathroom, no shampoo in shower, bottle empty. Breakfast provided, was ok. Better than nothing. But ran out quickly. Hotel busy for holiday weekend. They weren't prepared. Probably wouldn't stay here again. Smelled like weed everywhere.

we didn't have a Ice bucket or microwave in our room. The elevator was slow and noisy and jerked when it stopped. The front door made a lot of noise when it opened. The breakfast was not good, not much selection and cold.

This property is in desperate need of cleaning. Dirty hallways and gym, dirty elevator. Stained carpet. When I got to the hotel at 10 pm, the employee working checkout was hanging out in his car and came in to check me in, then gave me a room that had not been cleaned--the bed was unmade and there was garbage in the room. It took a long time to get the room switched. When I left the hotel in the morning to go for a run and then came back, they had disabled the key card. I went up to my room and then had to come back down to find an attendant, but she already was aware that my key card did not work because she immediately asked for my key and re-keyed it without asking what the issue was. Weights were missing from the gym, no complete set. No water or cleaning solutions in gym to wipe down equipment. Shockingly dirty and bad experience.

I’m sorry to say that this property does not live up to my expectations. The bathroom sink was totally clogged when we arrived. Thankfully, a staff member was available to clean it out right away. The bathroom ceiling was moldy and rusty and we only had enough towels for 2 people (we had 3 staying). Also, the shampoo dispenser was empty. The room itself was okay, although dated. The iron wasn’t usable because it had something stuck to it. The stairwells at the ends of the hallway were downright filthy. I’ll eat pretty much anything, but I only had a bagel for breakfast. The eggs and sausage didn’t look edible to me. They did have a waffle maker and that smelled pretty good (but I don’t eat sweets that early in the morning). The only redeeming quality to this place is the staff. Although they weren’t very friendly, they were efficient and assisted right away with the bathroom problem. The entire property is poorly maintained, and the area around the property is really unwelcoming and run down. I’d recommend staying elsewhere if you can.

This was one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. There were bugs in the room and when I asked one of the workers about the bugs, she rolled her eyes and did nothing about it. Definitely will never be going back there.

The room was fine for my children and I. We were at the hotel for 5 days and never did they come to clean the room. they had posted that they clean every 3 days but they never came to our room. We had to track someone down to get clean towels. I took my kids to the pool and when my child went to use the restroom there was vomit all over the toilet. The restroom looked like it hardly was ever cleaned. The breakfast was cold and had a bad taste. My child had cereal and it was stale. The location was good. It was within 15 mins of the beach. All and all the hotel was dirty and needed a good cleaning. Breakfast needs to be warmer and better options to eat.
