Guest Access:
We have a two car garage available for guest parking. Additional parking is available on the street. You will access the home from the front door. The front door has a smart lock. Guest code will be provided 1 hour prior to check in.

Other Things to Note:
Payments collected by The Wanderlust Co are secure. Your payment will be handled safely during your course of business with us. Payments are powered by Stripe, are Safe and Secure SSL Encrypted. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We only accept payments in U.S. currency.

Rental Fee: 100% of the reservation will be charged to your payment method at booking confirmation.

Security Deposit: Upon check in, an authorization hold (security deposit) of $250 will be placed on your payment method. You won’t be charged, but the hold means that you won’t be able to access these funds until the hold is released. As long as no property damage occurs during your stay, we’ll initiate a release of the hold placed on your card 7 days after your checkout.

Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.

Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.

House Rules ($250 penalty fee per rule broken):

Experiencing downtown Bentonville.

We had a wonderful time during our short stay in Bentonville. The condo was conveniently located within walking distance to the downtown area. It was clean and everything we were expecting. The check-in was a little bit of an issue but that was more because of incompetence on my end.

A superb location in a "like new" Townhome!

We chose this property due to its multiple pictures, location to the town square and price. All of the above "hit a home run" with us. Especially nice was the attached garage, which provided us a safe place for out Honda tuck , 2 e-bikes and 2 mountain bikes. The interior of the property did not disappoint us . Taylor, the property manager had excellent communication through email and texts. We were welcomed by a good bottle red wine. The location is less than a 5 minute ride by bike to the town square and 10 minutes to the mountain bike trail head. We will definitely book this property again on return trips and will recommend it to our friends!
