This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I messaged them a week before my arrival asking how to schedule their free airport shuttle and gave them my ETA which was close to midnight. They said that I'd just need to call their number once I collect my luggage and the shuttle would come for me. I followed their instructions only to be told that their shuttle stops service at midnight. I had to get an Uber to drive 1 mile. When I get there, Rhonda mistakenly checks me in for only 1 night despite the fact that I was supposed to be there for 4. My room was disgusting and filthy. I had already been up for over 24 hours at this point, so I tried to sleep anyway. The air system was incredibly loud, and any time someone took a shower there was a constant dripping sound. I had to leave on another flight early the next morning so I left my luggage in my room and took the shuttle. I told the driver about the night before, and he told me that their shuttle operates well past midnight and he would've been happy to pick me up, so I'm not sure why Rhonda said it wasn't possible. I come back the next day at around 4pm. I called Dylan at the front desk to get the shuttle, he put me on hold for 15 minutes so I gave up and called another Uber. Room service hadn't come at all. I decided to book another hotel and Dylan told me I could get a refund. After 2 weeks of trying, Expedia told me the hotel manager refused to refund me any money despite me checking out two days early.
