“The property that we stayed at was smack in the middle of all the mtb trails. The property had everything we needed and more. After a day of riding it was nice to soak in the hot tub or sit by the fire pit and have a cold beverage. It was a very comfortable house and Josh communicated with us if we had any issues. I'd would recommend this to anyone that is visiting Bentonville.”

“We had a great stay at The Sinatra in Bentonville. The place was spotless and well-appointed. Communications and instructions were timely and thorough. It took us a couple of days to realize the garage in the back yard was part of the rental. It's got plenty of space for multiple bikes and even a bike work stand and few, basic tools. There's also a foosball table and cornhole in the garage.”

“My brother and I stayed there for 2 nights. My children and grandchildren spent their lunch hour and naptime there between biking on the Greenway and a family gathering held a few minutes away. We didn't use the kitchen much this trip, but it seemed well stocked. Everything was as shown except I believe the property description stated it had 1 bathroom and there were 2!”

“The house was perfect for us. Next door to the start of the Hincapie Fondo and it worked out great. Super convenient and big back yard. House was wonderful. It is close to the Momentary and the first night there was a concert. You could hear the music in the house but thankfully the concert was over by 10:30 and all was well. Thanks again!”

“This unit is perfect if you are going to Bentonville for riding, hiking, exploring downtown. Your balcony has a view of Compton’s Gardens which is about 20 feet from your unit. We never used our car once - Walked to restaurants, downtown shopping, Crystal Bridges, and our bike rental place (Phatt Tire). Beds were very comfortable. Place is very spacious. Water pressure solid. Everything appears pretty new. All around A.”
