“The reviews are all spot on. Trailside at the Momentary is fantastic. The place is stocked with more than you can imagine. When I saw the Nespresso machine in the pictures, I packed our own coffee pods. Surprise, the place already had dozens of pods available. Maybe a minor thing, but that captures the thoughtfulness of the owner. We didn't cook in but the kitchen was amply stocked with cookware. The place was very clean, like the cleanest VRBO I've ever booked. Not a knock on the place,……

“The place was perfect for what we wanted to do in Bentonville! Able to walk to Crystal Bridges and restaurants. The people of Bentonville are super! I would recommend this place. Quiet, clean, and comfortable.”

“The house is very pretty, nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. I did the white glove test!’ There are a few things that need to be addressed:There are no mirrors! Could use over the door mirrors in each bedroom. Need wastebaskets in bedrooms. Wastebaskets in bathrooms need replacing-they are rusty and unattractive. Need privacy shade on back door to the pool. Shower curtain is discolored a needs replacing. Replace tan couch-it’s unattractive. Other than these minor issues, everyone enjoyed……

“Cute place! Great location. We enjoyed it although we weren’t there much of the time. We loved how close it was to the momentary And farmers market! We did have trouble with the lights and fan in the bunk room. Needed a new battery. Wish we could have had time to enjoy the cute fire pit area! My only suggestions would be, Maybe you could addA mirror or two outside of the bathrooms for people to get ready in. ”

“This house was perfect for us! We have two small kids, so the floor plan (bedrooms upstairs, living space on the first floor) was great for hanging out after they went to bed. Also, having laundry and garage access was fantastic for our biking vacation. Lindsey and Joel were super responsive and great communicators. Can’t wait to return!”

“Had a wonderful time in Bentonville…brought our bikes and golf clubs…had a great time. Our place was very close to downtown Bentonville so we could walk to a lot of the restaurants. Biked to Crystal Bridges. Golf was also 15-25 minutes away. Really enjoyed our stay in Arkansas.”

“We were up in Rogers for a concert and needed a place to crash after the show. We showed up to a nice clean house with plenty of space for my three friends and I. I appreciated having coffee in the morning and a shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available. The beds were comfortable. The water was hot for the shower and we are glad we chose this place to stay. Great job, Host.”

“We had a great stay at The Sinatra in Bentonville. The place was spotless and well-appointed. Communications and instructions were timely and thorough. It took us a couple of days to realize the garage in the back yard was part of the rental. It's got plenty of space for multiple bikes and even a bike work stand and few, basic tools. There's also a foosball table and cornhole in the garage.”
