“Impressive building, super receptionist, who was extremely helpful. Had a super, very clean room overlooking the river and was a glorious Easter weekend. The room was large with a lovely big firm bed and nice pillows. TV, kettle, extra heaters and fan(if you needed them). Double glazed windows and super shower with plenty of lovely hot water. Nice to sit looking at the river in the late afternoon too. On the outskirt of the town so reasonably quiet but easily within walking distance of the town.……

“The Ettington Park hotel is an extraordinary English Family Castle with a great & long history. Our stay in this hotel was extremely comfortable and relaxed. Despite belated arrival at night, we were all welcomed by their staff with thoughfully arranged dinner & wine & porter services of many bulk luggage. “A stunning property and one of the nicest rooms I've ever stayed in. Great value for money. I loved all the facilities and the staff were very friendly. My only big disappointment was arriving at the hotel not to be able to use the pool and spa as apparently you have to book ahead. I had not been notified of this as I booked with Expedia not the hotel directly. This was a real shame and one of the reasons why we booked the hotel. We were able to book a one hour slot the following morning which……
