“The villa is beautiful, spacious, has character. The high ceiling in the lounge is stunning, the view over the hills to the sea is great. The garden contains a number of quite interesting plants. With its central location (in relation to the road network), the villa makes an excellent basis to explore the entire island. Both, the owner and the caretaker, are very helpful and easily approachable. Thanks a lot for letting us stay at your villa, we had a great time!”

“Absolutely incredible! Jackie is a very special host who made us feel welcomed, comfortable and excited to experience Bequia’s beauty and culture. The house is a treasure. Five balconies! “Beautiful view and great location. Layout of home is great, everything we needed for our stay. It is very dark inside at night and needs better lighting, and we felt the furniture looked good but was uncomfortable. Our other problem was mosquitoes! Got eaten alive in the evenings ”

“We were picked up by Brendon’s Taxi when we arrived on Bequia and were brought to the Ohana house where we were met by the wonderful Vanice. We were instantly impressed with the home and especially the kindness of Bequia. The house is exactly how it looks in the pictures and how it’s described. The beach is a very close walk. Although, very steep. You will have to be in decent shape to make it back and will need sandals with some grip. With that being said… that should not deter you from staying……

“All the privacy you could ask for. View of the Atlantic was beautiful. Kitchen well appointed and home nicely decorated. Now, it’s time for the owner to do some maintenance. 1 a/c until (in media room) did not work at all. Another a/c unit it the other wing dripped water inside and made a mess. Quite a few light switches did not work. There is a trick to the washing machine that was not told to us until late in the day before we left and with no dryer, our clothes wouldn’t have dried. Not that……
