The only issue we had was the coffee in the room, instant would work much better the steep coffee bag they provide makes very weak coffee. We at dinner at the restaurant 2 of 3 nights, hamburgers and salads were very good”

“Great location next to Santa Maria Church and at the center of old city. Great for bar hopping. Neat and cozy room with great view from terrace. Reception was very helpful. We arrived pretty early in the morning and left late in the evening but they were happy to keep our luggage before check-in and after check-out. They even offered us an early check-in by e-mail during the day.”

“The front desk staff were especially helpful and kind. We had difficulty returning from the Springsteen concert on 24 June and the desk clerk for the evening was very reassuring and provided excellent advice. We were able to return safely to the hotel. ”
