Das Hotel war sehr sauber und modern mit großzügigen Zimmer. Ein kleines Minus gibt es das Frühstück im anderen Hotel sowie die, auch in der Nacht vorherrschenden Lautstärke auf Grund der Straße. Schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster war schlecht möglich.

Wonderful hotel and an excellent value for money, the staff was very welcoming and professional, the room was huge and spacious, very clean, high ceiling and very spacious bathroom, it seemed like a suite. It was a pity we just stayed for 1 night, but it was totally worth it. The only aspect to improve is the Breakfast service being served on a sister property on the back of the hotel, it is a very short distance and easy to reach, it's just the expectation of having breakfast onsite and in the end you need to go out of the hotel. Just a suggestion for the staff to inform it beforehand and in the future the ideal would be to have a specific breakfast area inside the hotel itself. Otherwise, totally recommend this hotel, is the best value for money in Berat and the city is beautiful

Phantastic hotel in best location

This brand new hotel is absolutely beautiful. Great rooms, phantastic bed, beautiful and large bathroom. Everything is absolutely clean and lovely. A pity that the roof terrace is still under construction, such a beautiful place. Parking spaces at the back of the hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is just a few minutes walk to the main attractions of Berat. Breakfast in the hotel next door was good. I have only one complaint - I am aware that especially in Berat unfortunately it seems to be tradition: Throughout the city, it seems to be a common practice to keep birds in tiny cages everywhere. This is terrible and animal cruelty. I hope this tradition ends soon. Unfortunately, in the breakfast room, I also had to watch two poor birds that were not allowed to enjoy any freedom of movement or daylight. A big request to the hotel management: please change this tradition, at least within your sphere of influence. Thank you!

Enjoyed our stay. Hotel was easy to park and in good location to walk to all sites. Room was very clean,spacious and very comfortable bed. Breakfast had a good selection to choose from including fresh fruit. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke very good english. I would stay here again.
