“This was the perfect house for us. The trundle bed in the 2nd bedroom was a nice surprise for our teen boys.”

“WE just couldn't make front door keypad work. Needed to get key out of the lock box in back. Thank goodness there were two alternatives to get in. The neighborhood was not as nice as I hoped. But on the inside it was very beautiful. Could see alot of love was put into making it a very lovely place. We enjoyed our stay very much”

“My family had a pleasant time at Throw'n Shade. It was a quick trip to get outdoors at the Gorge, grab some pizza, then a evening at the cabin. The location is beautiful, nice view of a valley in the spring with no close neighbors. Just enough for what we were looking for.”

“We chose the property because it looked clean in the pictures and has a hot tub -it was very clean and we enjoyed the hot tub after hikes and a day of climbing. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable -my husband has back pain and kept saying he wished he could take it home with us. Overall, a great experience! ”

“Our children had an adventure planned with their cousins, so we came down for the day and needed a place to stay and this was perfect. Good beds for everyone and an easy check-in. The host reached out to make sure we had everything we needed and everything was perfect.”

“We were in town for a family funeral. This home is clean, has all the basics and was very peaceful. It was nice to sit on deck at the end of the day and watch a few golfers. Away from traffic and daily bustle, made it perfect for our needs. Cassidy was great. Very quick to respond and help. ”

“5 days walking trails and visiting family in Lex. Loved coziness & solitude of cabin. A little challenging finding it for the first time. Could use a reading light by the couches. A hammock on the deck would have been heaven. 5 stars. Hope to return. Will recommend.”
