“This is an awesome spot! We needed walking distance to Pennsylvania Hospital and this was it ! “Why pay more for a neighboring 300 sq.ft. Hotel room when you can have all the amenities of an apartment for less? The building is well-maintained and secure, the suite was immaculate. “Very special place. The first floor unit has 12 foot high ceilings and is decorated and furnished with style. Very airy and great natural light. Windows could use a wash but they offered great soundproofing. The vibe is 10/10 here. 2 bedroom downstairs were a bit noisy on a Sunday night, but much quieter on Monday night.
