* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* Linens & towels are included for rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only.
* There is parking for one vehicle in the garage and on the driveway.
* Owner provides beach chairs and umbrella for guest use.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend and the indoor pool is open year round.
* This beautiful gated community also offers a fitness room, billiards room and clubhouse.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
