靠近柏林車站，交通、購物便利。浴室淋浴花灑水溫會忽冷忽熱，水壓不足。枕頭只提供一個且太軟太薄，蓋被不夠柔軟，睡覺不舒適。

Bisher erhielt man für die Dauer des Aufenthaltes ein Ticket, mit dem man in Berlin mit Bus, Bahn und Tram unterwegs sein konnte. Es wurde uns dieses Mal verweigert, mit der Begründung nicht direkt im Hotel gebucht zu haben, sondern über Expedia. Das Personal war teilweise überfordert, z.B. wenn am Abend die Hotelbar voll besetzt war, war der Service unterirdisch. Man musste seine Getränke selbst an der Bar bestellen und abholen. Bezahlen indem man sie auf das Zimmer buchen ließ war nicht möglich, mit der Begründung man habe das Hotel ja schon vorab bezahlt.??? Außerdem war auf unserem Zimmer der Fön kaputt.

The Hotel is in the middle of a business area so there wasn’t a lot of foot traffic around the hotel but 2 blocks away was the bustling main train station. Clean, quiet, nice breakfast.

I stayed for 5 nights in early October. Temperture outside was a high around 58F, 14.4C. And low around 48F, 8.9C. My room temperature varied between 24.5C and 26.1C, 76F and 79F. Way to warm for me. I am used to interior being 70F to 72F. 21C to 22.2 C. I contacted the front desk on the first night, and they sent someone to my room who confirmed that the Air Conditioner was not working. He also confirmed that when I opened a window that it would not help cool the room at all because it just sucked air out the window that was coming into the room thru the warm vent, even though the thermostat was powered off. He said the front desk would get a hold of me later that night. No one ever called me that night with recommendations. I went back to the front desk to find out what they were going to do. The front desk told me they had no note on my account concerning my complaint. She sent up a different person to check out my Air Conditioner, he used a device to read the air coming out of the vent and stated the lowest teperature possible coming from the vent was 24.5. He called the front desk and told them that all is normal. I spent a lot of time in my hot room sweating. Could not get any real restful sleep.When I needed some relief, I could go and spend some time in the lobby where it was closer to 21C 70F. Shame on you The rest of my experience was excellent.

Everything was ok except the state of the pillows. Very thin. Could definitely do with some new ones or provide the rooms with spares. Disappointed that no tea or coffee making facilities in rhe room. Having to pay for the hot drinks is a bit much.

Habitación limpia. Desayuno bueno. Personal Ineficiente y desatento. Me hicieron bajar por toallas y lmohadas a la recepción. Durante nuestra estadía, No limpiaron ni un día los cuartos para retirar la basura. Los botes de basura en la habitación llenos de basura. La única persona realmente atenta fue un español amable que trabaja en el área del bufet del desayuno. Su nombre es Luis. El, Exelente servicio. Muy atento y empatizo con las personas, nos proporcionó un trato extraordinario. Deberían ascenderlo, el si sabe cómo tratar a los huéspedes.

Es gab einige Probleme mit Staub. Da ich eine Stauballergie habe, konnte ich dadurch zeitweise kaum richtig atmen. Dieses Feedback habe ich auch der Hausverwaltung mitgeteilt. Ich habe ihnen gesagt, dass möglicherweise ein Problem mit der Lüftung besteht, da diese Staub ausstieß. Nachdem ich die Lüftung ausgeschaltet hatte, war es erträglicher. Staff was good and welcoming but the room was not properly cleaned.

Das Hotel ist fußläufig schnell vom Bahnhof zu erreichen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind auch schnell zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig...bei geschlossenem Fenster..und wirklich sauber. Wir haben Frühstück spontan dazugebucht, war kein Problem. Das Essen war vielseitig gut und reichlich. Auch Sonderwünsche bezüglich Laktoseintoleranz waren kein Problem. Das Personal war immer sehr hilfsbereit. Was vielleicht erwähnt hätte werden sollen beim Checkin ist, daß im Fahrstuhl zusätzlich die Roomcard benötigt wird.
