Hotel nel complesso ok, fermata della metro veramente vicina. Nei dintorni ci sono diverse possibilità e opzioni per mangiare, prendere in caffè .. c'è anche un supermercato vicino ! L'unica cosa che un po' ci ha lasciati deluso sono stati i letti..erano veramente scomodi e a molle

Lors de la première réservation la chambre ne conrrespondait pas a la réservation initiale ! Reservation une chambre double avec UN GRAND LIT. Chambre attribuée une chambre triple avec trois petits lits 🛏️ UNE PLACE… quand on revient à la réception et qu’ô fait la remarque… on vois répond sèchement c’est comme cela ET PAS AUTREMENT ! Pour le petit déjeuner option que j’ai pris… 50 minutes avant la fin… il n’est pas réapprovisionné ! Et on vous répond sèchement… y’en a plus…! Exemple avec viennoiseries et avec le jambon fumé forêt noire… donc contact client assez détestable… c’est dommage..

As part of the DDR Museum, the rooms of this hotel offers a journey through time in the GDR. Experience the history of the GDR up close by staying in a original room that hasn't been updated since the late 70s! Jokes aside, the breakfast is good value 👌 👍

Für ein kurutrip ist die Unterkunft gut. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut. Es ist hat sehr gute Anbindungen an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel.

Public transportation right outside the door and restaurants nearby are open til late. Staff was helpful. The room looks old and smelled a bit like sewage, when we checked in but it got better. The carpeted floors in the room looked a bit dirty. It’s fine for a weekend.

Some rooms need to de updated. I stayed in a family room, and the rug had a big stain and looked a little Gross. Staff are really friendly and apologize for it. They could not move us to another room because the hotel was full for the Marathon weekend. We have a complimentary breakfast for the 5 days.

The cleaning staff was very friendly and attentive, but the area that the hotel was in was kind of rough. I did not feel safe walking around, especially after dark. The biggest down for this hotel was the bet. They only offer two twin beds that you can push together to make a full. It makes her very uncomfortable sleeping, especially if you’re a couple.

Likes: Somewhat affordable. At least cheaper than most in the area. Staff was satisfactory. Breakfast is nice to have, at $10 per person was good value. Food was average, but affordable. Dislikes: low quality. Carpet in the halls stained or decolored Fixtures in the room poor. Desk was falling apart, had to reassembled it somewhat to keep it up. Pillows very thin, felt almost like it was just the pillowcase. Overall, a bit lower value for the price we paid, but we just needed a bed to rest at night, and that's what we got.

The room was basic. The hotel needs a lot of maintenance and investment. Black mould in the bathroom, uncomfortable beds. Paid for a double room, got two single beds. Not enough bedding. Pillows were absolutely terrible. Front desk staff unwelcoming, hardly looked up from their personal mobile phones when guests walked past.

Todos muy amable, limpio,no me gusto que pagas un parqueo y no puedes salir despues de las 11 y regresar hasta despues de las 6,y los baños de las habitaciones a pesar de ser estrechos ,son altos incomodos para personas mayores y el agua se sale puedes caerte,las camas son peueñas y estrechas son para niños,no entendi en un paiz donde el npromedio de personas es alta sean tan estrechas.

Leider haben wir ein altes Zimmer bekommen, es entsprach überhaupt nicht der Darstellung auf Expedia. Die Wände waren sehr dreckig, der Boden mit Flecken versehen.

Hotel was great, the reception area is really modern looking and the breakfast area is also really modern. The price per night is also excellent however, rooms are looking really dated and a refresh to modernise the rooms and hall ways after reception would go a long way. Cleanliness could be better but is what I would call "acceptable" given how well the hotel is priced and how accommodating and helpful the staff are (especially as our flight was late back we could store our luggage for free at the hotel). To clarify what I mean by the cleanness was "acceptable", when looking there marks/stains on walls and curtains where it looks like insects have been swatted and additionally some dirt stains in carpets in rooms and hallways. The beds were all clean and well made, toilets also clean (again would add that they would benefit from a refresh since they are dated). I would for the same price still stay here again however, I hope a refresh of rooms and hallways is being planned.

It was just an average stay at a hotel but I was there for a week. There was no fridge in the room which may have been convenient for that length of stay. The staff seemed young and dismissive for the most part but that could be "German Culture"? A couple of the staff were very accommodating even suggesting that i use the closed kitchen's fridge for items i needed chilled. I could use the staff micorwave but when i did they spoke German to each other laughing. Don't think i was paranoid but i'm sure they were ribbing me which I didn't care about but seemed unprofessional. I always had to greet them first when seeing them. They didn't suggest anything i might need other than the fridge but that was because i was asking for ice all the time. For example, arriving an hour early, they firmly said the check-in and just dismissed me with all my luggage. I had to ask if there was luggage storage to walk around the neighborhood instead of waiting in the lobby for an hour. For the price it was close to things to see but i like to walk. Close to church, markets, malls and pubs. The breakfast brunch wasn't anything to put a medal on and was 10euros!! No tips deserved for that stay

Changement de chambre car la 1ere était sale, lavabo cassé...au 4eme en revanche chambre correcte mais le wifi ne passe pas ! Plus on monte et moins cela fonctionne! Je viens dans cet hotel depuis plus de 10 ans...le prix augmente mais la dégradation également. Pour un week-end c est passable, pour 10 jours pas du tout....
