Very noisy street and no a/c

Next to very noisy street and since there is no ventilation nor air conditioning , we have to open windows and couldn’t sleep properly all night. But locations is close to supermarkets, shop, U-bahn.

We encountered various issues during our stay, which were not satisfactorily resolved despite speaking to staff. We had booked a double room and on check in were directed to a room which was clearly intended only for 1 person (given its size and the fact there was only 1 duvet, 1 pillow, 1 towel). I asked to be moved to a double room, which we were — all good so far. First night’s sleep was bad as the road outside was incredibly noisy, but given the heat the windows needed to be open (no fan/AC). The next day we returned to find housekeeping had not visited & our room key did not work; we got the key sorted but were told housekeeping were gone for the day. The next morning, around 7am, someone came into our room; this happened again at 9.30am. When we asked at reception about this, we were told we shouldn’t even be in the room we were in and should instead be in the tiny single room we’d been initially allocated — there was ongoing work to all the rooms on that floor. The staff were apologetic for someone having come into our room but largely unconcerned; they argued the single room was definitely for two people & didn’t listen to the fact it had been set up for 1. We asked for housekeeping to visit that day. We again returned to find our key card would not work & housekeeping had not visited — when I went to get the key sorted and mention about no housekeeping, the same member of staff from the morning was there and couldn’t have been less interested in trying to help me.

Gute Lage direkt an der Ubahn, ideal für Besuche im Olympiastadion. In der Umgebung sind einige Cafés und Restaurants. Das Zimmer war klein aber nur für Übernachtung völlig ausreichend.

Erittäin hyvällä sijainnilla Bülowstrassen U-Bahn aseman vierellä, lähellä Kurfürstendammin ostoskatua. Vierestä pääsee helposti liikkumaan niin U-Bahnilla kuin busseillakin ja U2 vie hienosti keskustaan. Lähistöltä löytyy niin ruokakauppaa kuin myös ravintoloita. Ainoat moitteet mitä itselle tulee mieleen ovat asioita mihin ei hotelli voi itse kauheasti vaikuttaa, eli Berliinin yöelämästä kuuluvuat äänet.

We stayed here for two nights with two kids and we had very nice time in the property, in the city and with the staffs !! Thank you so much to make it worth staying in your hotel! The people were nice, and we also enjoyed the Burger restaurant attached to the hotel!

The room was spacious but the hot water was only on for less than 10 minutes then it turned into cold water. The windows were usually left open which gave the room dusty smell. Early morning we could hear disturbing owl hooting.

Die Rezeption war total freundlich und mein Zimmer lag nach hinten hinaus zum grünen Innenhof. Ich konnte also ohne Lärmproblematik mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Der Bus hielt direkt vor der Tür. Also insgesamt zu empfehlen Monika Stichert

L’hôtel est correct mais manque d’équipement (bouilloire par exemple), dans une chambre pour 3 il n’y a pas assez d’eau chaude pour 3 douches, c’est problématique. Le personnel est plutôt bien agréable. Mais attention aux erreurs de facturation, les clients peuvent donner n’importe quel numéro de chambre au petit déjeuner, sans aucune vérification du personnel.

Well located 24 main desk Very comfortable beds and clean sheets. Ample and big windows with blackouts We’d love to have have a small fridge and a bigger table TV couldn’t make it start ( they switched the remote but still- not big deal) Only thing washroom had some plastics on the floor from previous guests I guess. No dirty at all but just that. Could had been cleaned more thoroughly but again… not dirty, no stains. Overall a good hotel.
